This system features extra heavy 1/4" thick stainless steel locking arms (the heaviest in the industry). With these heavy duty locking bars, we have never had a single reported break-in in over 11 years of use.

After 9-11, it became apparent that national security is foremost on everybody's agenda. For this reason, we designed transparent perforated sheet steel panels for our CS 2-C lockers. The benefits of highly transparent panels are multifold: when people can see bicycles inside, the function of the bicycle lockers is obvious and use is encouraged. Transparency also means that bicycle lockers do not become attractive as homeless shelters, trash receptacles, storage areas, or, most importantly, places to plant explosive devices.

Our CS 2 sheet steel lockers are designed so that various levels of perforation can be attained. For example, you can perforate only the door panels, the door and side panels, all the panels, or portions of any of the panels. Furthermore, because the perforation is integral to the material, it is far more secure than cutting out "windows" in the panels and placing transparent materials in these windows. Finally, because the perforation is done on CNC machines, we can also customize the perforation to incorporate insignias, logos, crests, or other designs the customer desires.

All of our perforated panels are fabricated from extra stout 12-gauge sheet steel or 12-gauge stainless sheet steel. The mild sheet steel lockers undergo our ™ double coating process consisting of a proprietary rust and corrosion inhibiting primer coat followed by a thermosetting TGIC polyester powder coat topcoat to ensure longevity. The perforated stainless sheet steel lockers are furnished with a #4 satin finish.

With respect to locking options, they are identical to those available on our solid sheet steel CS 2-C lockers.

For the perforated sheet steel lockers please designate them as follows (designation is for double capacity units. Single capacity units would have the same designation with the exception that the "2" in the designation would be replaced by a "1").

NEW: Sheet steel lockers are now available with embossed sheet steel panels.

NOTE: PERFORATED STAINLESS SHEET STEEL LOCKERS WOULD CARRY THE SAME DESIGNATIONS AS ABOVE WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT THE "-C" WOULD BE REPLACED BY A "-SS" (e.g. CS 2-SS-PD). CUSTOM PERFORATED LOCKERS ARE DESIGNATED BY ADDING A "-CU" AFTER THE PERFORATION DESIGNATION (e.g. CS 2-C-PP-CU).

CS 1-C
1 bicycle per modular unit. Now available in a new triangular shape, the CS 2-C-t.

Units can be used individually or in a linear fashion with other units sharing a common wall.

Material
Wall and Top Panels: 16 gauge sheet steel; Optional 14 gauge sheet steel; Optional 12 gauge perforated sheet steel.

Door Panels: 12 gauge sheet steel; Optional 12 gauge perforated sheet steel.

Door Frames: 12 gauge steel.

Diagonal Partition: External grade OSB; Optional sheet steel or perforated sheet steel.

Construction
Heavy Duty 12 gauge steel door frames at both ends. All fasteners are internal.

Hinges
Heavy duty full length 14 gauge steel piano door hinges.

Locks
Door locks are pop-out T-handles with removable lock cylinder manufactured by Camlock Systems, Abloy Lock Company or the Medeco High Security Lock Company. Locks are individually keyed and equipped with a vertical locking bar which runs the full length of the door from top to bottom. Locks can also be mastered keyed. Lockers can also be used with padlocks or popular "U" shaped locks.

Proprietary stainless steel surface mounted leveling and anchoring system.

Finish
Grafitti resistant polyester powder coat. Over 180 colors available. Optional stainless steel lockers with satin finish available upon request.

Installation
Flanged Surface Mount: Proprietary surface mounted leveling and anchoring system secured by stainless steel anchor bolts and possessing a maximum vertical adjustment of 5 inches.

Assembly
Lockers ship broken down for on-site assembly. Doors are assembled and hung in their frames prior to shipment.
