Creative Bollards-CBR and CBSQ Series

Bollards are the ideal way to protect buildings, windows, loading docks, equipment and other items, and are also popular for fully or partially blocking access to specified areas.

Creative Pipe, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of both industrial and decorative bollards and offers a large line of standard bollards. We also have the flexibility and manufacturing capability to fulfill our customers' needs for custom bollards as we have done for numerous military bases, cities, universities and corporate campuses since 9-11.

Standard bollard height is 36". Other heights are also available.

Optional padlockable hole covers are available for removable bollards.

6" I.D. (6.625" O.D.) Schedule 40 Steel Pipe Bollard, 2 Inset Reveals, Removable Embedded Mount, TGIC Polyester Powder Coat, Domed Steel Top. In this photo the embedded sleeve (bottom portion with rebar cross anchor) is shown above grade for illustrative purposes. When installed, the sleeve will be embedded such that the top of the sleeve is flush with grade. Locking tabs on both the sleeve and bollard allow this bollard to be locked using a padlock.

STANDARD MATERIAL
Schedule 40 round steel pipe or structural and mechanical square steel tubing. Designate "CBR" or "CBSQ" for round pipe or square tubing respectively.

STANDARD SIZES
4" I.D. (.237 wall) Schedule 40 steel pipe; 6" I.D. (.280 wall) Schedule 40 steel pipe; 4"x4" (.250 wall) structural and mechanical square steel tubing (other diameters and sizes are also available). Designate "-4", "-6" or "-44" respectively after the model number for desired pipe size.

MOUNTING OPTIONS
Embedded (standard); surface flanged for bolting to existing concrete (optional); removable embedded (optional and padlockable); removable flanged (optional and padlockable). Designate "-E", "-F", "-RE", or "-RF" after the pipe size for embedded, surface flanged, removable embedded, or removable flanged bollards respectively after the model designation.

Shown without padlock. The red arrow indicates that portion of the assembly that is embedded below grade while the white arrow indicates the baseplate that is full welded to the bollard and slides and locks into the embedded portion of the assembly.

Embedded Removable Mount
Shown without padlock. "A" shows the bollard with its full welded lock tab. "B" shows the embedded portion of the bollard with matching lock tab. This lock tab mates with the lock tab welded to "A" when the bollard is in place.

FINISH OPTIONS
Hot-dipped galvanized; polyester powder coated; thermoplastic powder coated; polyethylene sleeve; or stainless steel with a #4 satin finish. Designate "-G", "-P", "-T", "-PS", or "-SS", for galvanized, polyester powder coated, thermoplastic powder coated, polyethylene sleeved, or stainless steel bollards respectively after the mounting designation.

TOP OPTIONS
Domed top (standard); Flat top; topless. Designate "-DT", "-FT" or "-TL" after the finish designation for a domed top, flat top or topless bollard respectively.

Note: CBROT and CBRST (See Photo Gallery) are available with flat tops only.

EYELET OPTIONS
Available with zero, one, two, three, or four optional eyelets for attaching cable or chain. Designate "-1", "-2", "-3", or "-4" after the finish designation for bollards with one, two, three, or four optional eyelets.

NOTE: NO DESIGNATION IS NECESSARY FOR BOLLARDS WITHOUT EYELETS.
