STANDARD
MATERIALS
Multiple layers of manually applied fiberglass reinforced thermosetting
polyester resin permanently fused to a solid ultra-violet stabilized pigmented
polyester gel-coat. The gel coat shall be uniform in color and texture
and is approximately 15 mils thick. This non-porous gel-coat resists bacteria
growth and is impervious to weather, harsh chemicals, and ultra-violet
rays. All units are manufactured using a seamless molding process. Surface
shall be stain, fade and chip resistant and shall receive our proprietary
triple seal waterproofing system.
FINISHES
1. Semi-gloss (Standard): Smooth polished surface (22 standard colors)
2. Matte (Optional): Smooth, slate like surface (available in all the standard colors)
3. Sand Texture (Optional): Concrete simulated surface, superb aging and wear resistant properties
(available in all the standard colors)
4. Poly-tex (Optional): Slightly textured, multi-color, simulated natural stone surface ideal
for heavy traffic areas with Class 1 and Class A fire rating
5. Granite (Optional): Smooth polished granite
simulated surface meeting all the tests required for the cultured marble
industry and CorianÒ products; UV stabilized, fire retardant and
stain resistant.
