Manufacturing Process
Racks shall be fabricated using a hydraulic pipe bending machine

Height
Racks shall stand 36” tall.

Size
Designate the number of locking loops after the model number.

Material
Locking Loops
Locking loops shall be fabricated from 1” I.D. Schedule 40 steel pipe.

Framework
2” I.D. Schedule 40 steel pipe.

Mounting
Embedded or Surface Flanged Mounted. Please designate either “-E” or “-F” after the finish option for either an embedded or surface flange mount respectively.

Finish
Hot dipped galvanized
Designate “-G” after the mounting designation Racks shall be hot dipped galvanized subsequent to fabrication and hand filed to remove any flash.

Polyester Powder Coated
Designate “-P” after the mounting designation Once fabricated, racks will be shot blast to a near white, cleaned, and electrostatically powder coated with a TGIC polyester powder coating.

Stainless Steel
Designate “-SS” after the mounting designation satin finish.
