DESIGN
This ash urn is unique in that its proprietary design inhibits the escape of smoke when the cigarette butt is dropped into the ash urn. It features a lockable hinged top for easy access to the liner, and is available in a full stainless steel body (SS-SS) or a combination stainless and powder coated body (SS-PC as shown). It is also available as a combination Ash/Trash Urn.

SIDEWALL
Powder coated mild steel sheet or stainless steel sheet. Designate “PC” for powder coated mild steel or “-SS” for stainless steel sheet after the size designation.

PYRAMID TOP
Powder coated mild steel sheet or stainless steel sheet. Designate “PC” for powder coated mild steel or “-SS” for stainless steel sheet after the size designation.

INTERNAL LINER
Galvanized steel sheet. The design of the galvanized steel liner inhibits the escape of smoke.

FINISH
Mild Steel: Mild steel units are cleaned using a multi-stage phosphate system, pre-baked to eliminate any liquid residue, sealed with our proprietary rust and corrosion inhibiting primer/sealer coat, and then top coated using the electro-static method with a thermosetting T.G.I.C. polyester powder coat topcoat. While this multi-step, double-coating system is not the least expensive, it has been empirically proven to be comparable or superior to any other thermosetting polyester powder coating process presently available.
