Creative Pipe, Inc. agrees to either replace, or at its option, repair or refund the purchase price of any defective product upon inspection by an authorized representative of Creative Pipe, Inc. Transportation charges for the return of alleged defective product will be paid by Creative Pipe, Inc. only if requested by the buyer and returned in strict accordance with written instructions from Creative Pipe, Inc. Creative Pipe, Inc. will pay transportation charges for shipment of repaired or replaced product to the buyer, but will not be responsible for providing the cost of labor for removal or installation of the alleged defective product.
This warranty is limited to the above conditions and does not cover the following: Damage or loss in transit as indicated by the bill of lading; Damage or loss caused by fire or other Acts of God; Damage or loss caused by neglect, abuse, vandalism, modification, improper installation, or faulty pads.
